Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNDeep marketing website, user dashboard, and subscription services. It explains why we collect data, how it may be used, and how it can be deleted. Third-party payment pages handle data under their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
VPNDeep lets you create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not required to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide one simply for visiting the website. If you choose to include an email address or other details in a support ticket, we use them only to understand the issue and respond to your request. Please provide only the information needed to resolve it.
We use account data to verify your identity, maintain your login session, and manage your subscription access. Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment method, order status, and any transaction identifiers needed to provide the service, reconcile payments, issue refunds, and handle payment disputes. Support ticket content is used to follow up on your issue. Do not include passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials.
What Our No-Logs Policy Covers
VPNDeep does not log which websites users access through its subscription service. We do not store browsing history, browsing content, or DNS query history, nor do we retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual’s activity, including records linking source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times.
Temporary connection status data is used during transmission to maintain the current connection and is not kept as connection history. Cumulative data usage for plan billing, subscription status, and order records are service delivery data and do not include details of websites visited. A no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction data are not retained, or that destination websites and payment services stop processing data under their own policies.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and navigation paths so we can identify broken pages and usability issues. These statistics relate to the website and are not used to log browsing activity on subscription routes. Do not include passwords, subscription credentials, or other secrets in page URLs or submitted content.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login credentials and essential preferences, such as language. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings or clear this site’s cookies and local storage. After clearing them, you may need to log in again and reset your preferences. Logging out and deleting an account are different actions; clearing browser data does not automatically delete order records held on our servers.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network. VPNDeep uses order identifiers, payment results, and necessary transaction details to confirm payments; we do not ask you to submit your payment account password to this site.
Third parties may collect information needed for transactions under their own policies. USDT transactions may also leave publicly searchable records on the blockchain. Before paying, verify the recipient details and review the applicable terms. VPNDeep does not sell account data. We share relevant data only as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain account data for as long as the account remains active and as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept for as long as necessary to reconcile payments, handle disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only until their handling or analysis purpose is fulfilled. When that purpose ends and there is no basis for further retention, the data should be deleted or de-identified. We do not set one arbitrary retention period for all data.
You can sign in to the dashboard and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. We must verify that you own the account before processing a request. If some transaction data must still be retained, we will explain why and what data is covered. Deleting your account may affect future subscription management, so please confirm before submitting a request. You must clear data saved in your browser separately.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. We will notify users through the website or dashboard of significant changes to collection purposes, data use, or user rights. Where consent is legally required, we will request it separately.
If you have questions about how your data is used, why it is retained, or the outcome of a deletion request, contact us through a support ticket in the user dashboard. Specify the account and type of issue, and do not resubmit personal information unrelated to your request. See our Terms of Service for the rules governing use of the service.
